The #11 Michigan State Spartans are heading into the 2018-2019 season with their usual high expectations.  Certainly, the Spartans will have to deal with the loss of two lottery picks in Miles Bridges to the Charlotte Hornets and Memphis Grizzlies and Jaren Jackson, Jr. and their captain Tum Tum Nairn.


But even with those losses, the Spartans have added five high profile freshman and are marching forward looking at what could be a better team next year.  Spartan Nation caught up with Spartan guard Matt McQuaid at Moneyball for the above EXCLUSIVE video.
