#16 Michigan State‘s 2019 recruiting class is on a roll. Currently, it consists of four commits, Spencer Brown, Dwan Mathis, Julian Barnett, and Jordan Huff. Three of the four Spartan commitments are composite four-star recruits, and the other is just a tick away from four-star status. Along with hosting several remaining 2018 recruiting targets this upcoming weekend, the Spartans will also host a handful of their top 2019 targets as well. One of those recruits is Jaren Mangham. The four-star running back from Cass Tech has informed Spartan Nation that he will unofficially visit Michigan State this weekend for the Spartans’ basketball matchup versus in-state rival Michigan.

“I will unofficially visit Michigan State on Saturday for the basketball game,” Mangham told Spartan Nation.

Michigan State’s 2019 recruiting class consists of three of the top ten recruits in the state of Michigan (Julain Barnett 2, Dwan Mathis 7, Spencer Brown 9), and is looking to add the sixth-ranked player in the class in Jaren Mangham.

“Michigan State is recruiting me hard. I really like Michigan State and could see myself playing there. I don’t have a top list yet but the Spartans will always be up there for me,” Mangham spoke of Michigan State.

Jaren Mangham is a composite four-star recruit.  Don’t miss any of the latest up the second updates on Michigan State Sports when you follow on Twitter @HondoCarpenter
