Spartan and current Pittsburgh Steeler LeVeon Bell suffered a devastating season ending knee surgery to end his 2015 season.
As he battles back from that injury he has missed some of the Steelers OTA’s. For those of you who don’t know, the acronym OTA stands for OPTIONAL Team Activities. According to the NFL collective bargaining agreement players are not required to attend, thus the emphasis on OPTIONAL. But Bell is back in Pittsburgh this week and addressed why he was missing the OTA events and the status of his knee. Don’t worry, it is good news.
Le'Veon Bell said knee is great. Was training in Fla. past 3 weeks. Said that was best plan for him instead of working at OTAs
